By accessing or using MCP.city services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

HYBRID IN. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

MCP.city provides a distributed marketplace for Model Context Protocol (MCP) compute, including:

• MCP server hosting and management
• Geographic pooling and load balancing
• VERTEX BRAIN AI orchestration layer
• COGNIT MESH distributed network
• API access and developer tools

Services are provided "as is" and may be subject to maintenance, updates, or changes without prior notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We use Keycloak for authentication and authorization. You must comply with our authentication policies and security requirements.

MCP.city offers tiered subscription plans:

• Free: Up to 3 external MCP servers
• Studio ($29/mo): Up to 10 external MCPs, 1 hosted MCP
• Pro ($59/mo): Up to 25 external MCPs, 5 hosted MCPs
• Enterprise: Unlimited MCPs, priority support

Billing is processed monthly or annually. Annual billing includes a 20% discount. Teams add-on available for additional user seats.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for refund requests. Refunds may be subject to:

• Service downtime exceeding SLA guarantees
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Legal requirements in your jurisdiction

MCP.city, HYBRID IN., GRN.cloud, VERTEX BRAIN, COGNIT MESH, and related trademarks are the property of HYBRID IN. All rights reserved.

You retain ownership of your MCP servers, code, and data uploaded to our platform. You grant us a license to host, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide our services.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious code or content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abuse
• Exceed usage limits or attempt to abuse our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

HYBRID IN. is the data controller for personal data processed through MCP.city services. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

Your rights under GDPR include:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (Right to be Forgotten)
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing

Data retention: Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years. Transaction data is retained for 7 years for financial compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYBRID IN. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party services or integrations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HYBRID IN., GRN.cloud, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or distribute through our services

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. For GDPR matters, the competent supervisory authority is in the EU jurisdiction where HYBRID IN. is established.

For international data transfers, we use the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate data protection.

We encourage amicable resolution of disputes. Please contact our support team first at support@mcp.city.

If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with EU arbitration rules, unless prohibited by local law.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Your last effective date is always displayed at the top of this page.
