Terms of Service

By using BitBeam, you agree to these terms. BitBeam is operated by HYBRID IN B.V., registered in the Netherlands.

License Grant

One-time products: You receive a perpetual license for the current major version. Updates within the same major version are included. Major version upgrades may require a new purchase.

Monthly products: Your subscription grants access for the billing period. Cancellation stops renewal but does not refund the current period.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use BitBeam for illegal activities
• Do not attempt to access other tenants data
• Do not reverse engineer or redistribute BitBeam code
• Do not abuse API rate limits or attempt denial of service

Refunds

One-time products: 14-day money-back guarantee. Monthly subscriptions: no refund for the current billing period, cancellation stops future charges.

Liability

BitBeam is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
